Use these instructions if you are getting an error that says “Session Not Found”
Step 1: Close out of the Application
- Directions for iPhone
- Directions for Android (Google)
- For desktop - simply close (”X” Out) the browser tab and the application
Step 2: Re-Open the Application to try again
- Return to the application and re-open it
- Log back in (if needed)
- Retry Verisoul Anonymous Verification
