💡
Did you accidentally “Cancel” or “Decline” permissions? See below on how to Allow!

Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to the Verisoul Verification site.
  2. View Site Permissions:
    • To the left of the web address (URL), you'll see a padlock icon (🔒). Click on it.
    • A dropdown menu will appear. Click on "Site settings."
  3. Adjust Camera & Microphone Settings:
    • In the site settings page, find "Camera" and "Microphone" from the list of permissions.
    • For both "Camera" and "Microphone", click on their respective dropdown menus and change the setting to "Allow."
  4. Reload the Website:
    • After adjusting the permissions, return to the website tab.
    • Click the reload button or press Ctrl + R (on Windows/Linux) or Cmd + R (on Mac) to refresh the page.
  5. Re-prompt for Access:
    • After reloading, the website should detect the change in permissions and might re-prompt you for access. If it doesn't, look for a button or option on the website that allows you to start a video call, record audio, or a similar action that would require camera or microphone access. Initiating that action should trigger the re-prompt.
  6. Grant Access:
    • When prompted, click "Allow" to give the site access to your camera and microphone.
